| Purpose of this SurveyThe goal of this survey is to examine current trends in the lives of American stage managers and how they call theatrical productions. In recent years the technology used in theatres has grown very rapidly; this survey identifies new methods for recording and calling technical cues.

The University of Iowa Theatre Arts Department seeks a half-time Lecturer in Stage Management and a Half-time Production Stage Manager. This 50% Lecturer in stage management position #60450 may be combined with position #60326 a 50% Production stage manager to create a 100% appointment.
